Technical Program Manager, Google Distributed Cloud, Edge

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. **Responsibilities** * Develop, deploy, adapt key planning, execution, and reporting processes in a unique product environment consisting of software, hardware, operations, support, and solutions * Drive the execution of software development projects through planning and cross-functional coordination to deliver program outcomes. Coordinate with third-party partners to integrate external timelines with internal timelines. * Work with software engineers, Quality assurance, product managers and other engineering teams to get quality products and features through the software project lifecycle (build, test and release on time). * Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, identify possible issues and clearly communicate them to project stakeholders. * Lead technical programs for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leading cross-functional teams to take products to market, ensuring success metrics inform future efforts.
