What you’ll do:
- Prepare new workstations
- Register users in information systems
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues
- Maintain inventory of computer equipment and software
- Participate in projects for the development of the company's IT infrastructure
- Contribute to ensuring information security
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of personal computer and server architecture
- Up-to-date knowledge of modern hardware
- Experience with user operating systems: MS Windows 7, 8, 10, MacOS
- Basic knowledge of server operating systems
- Confident basic knowledge of networking technologies
