The Nasdaq’s AxiomSL Learning Services Team in Wroclaw is seeking a Trainer/Training Developer passionate about technology, instructional design, and learning experiences. In this hybrid, hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn and master ControllerView platform used for regulatory compliance globally.
  • Gain knowledge about regulatory reporting and the greater world of financial markets along the way.
  • Lead client and internal training sessions for our core platform and regulatory product(s), including responsibility for class scheduling, promotion of training services, etc. 
  • Design and develop eLearning courses including the development of multimedia and functional exercises for ILT, VILT, and eLearning courses.
     

Upon joining the team, you will undergo introductory training to learn about the platform. As you progress, you will work independently to deep dive into the core platform and its solutions while working with stakeholders and subject matter experts from across the regulatory space at Nasdaq to design and develop the training solutions. The position offers access to the latest system development, potential for career advancement and learning new skills by engaging in a diverse set of activities and duties.

Responsibilities

  • Research and gather information by learning and testing the software.
  • Continuous learning about the core platform and its solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to define learning goals and outcomes for eLearning courses.
  • Design and create eLearning, hybrid, and (V)ILT course materials including course guides, resource sheets, test questions, interactions, and multimedia.
  • Prepare storyboards and scripts for courses and multimedia output (videos, interactions, etc.).
  • Lead training courses for end-users and business analysts/developers.
  • Provide regular status updates to keep team management, subject matter experts and stakeholders informed.

Skills And Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years in leading (V)ILT training courses.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of course design and development experience with Articulate/RISE, Camtasia, or the equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must, additional languages a plus.
  • Highly motivated independent individual with a strong attention to details, advanced organizational and research skills who can move projects from inception to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Self-directed learner with strong technical aptitude and desire to learn about our core platform and the regulatory reporting world.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL and QA is preferred; comfort and experience working with highly technical information is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Adobe Graphic Design and Video tools (e.g., Photoshop, Audition, Premier, etc.) a definite plus
  • Experience with LMS administration is a plus.
  • Exposure to regulatory reporting is a plus.
