Job Description

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the products we create are not only visually appealing but also solve real user problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to translate business requirements into meaningful and delightful experiences for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis:
• Conduct user research through methods such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Create detailed user personas, journey maps, and scenarios based on research data to inform design decisions.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify pain points, behavior patterns, and areas for improvement.
• UX Design & Wireframing:
• Design wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that represent the best possible user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to iterate on designs and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.
• Utilize tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or Axure to create high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes.
• Usability Testing & Prototyping:
• Lead usability testing sessions to evaluate design effectiveness and gather actionable feedback.
• Iterate on designs based on testing results and feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Develop interactive prototypes to showcase key interactions and workflows.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
• Work with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement UX best practices throughout the design and development process.
• Collaborate with UI designers to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing final product.
• Provide developers with clear design specifications and assets, ensuring successful implementation.
• Maintain Design Consistency:
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Ensure that designs are in line with the company’s branding and accessibility standards.
