Objectives & Responsibilities:
• 协助主美和总监完成开发任务,根据项目需求进行各种特效及模型的制作 (部分特效师需要实体模型作为框架的)
• 协同程序、策划和QA改善特效的用户体验,并对资源进行最优化处理,及时处理游戏中出现的任何相关问题
• 可以完全独立完成特效的设计以及制作,包括程序和脚本的实现等
• 根据不同的项目制定不同的特效制作流程,并持续对相关流程进行优化及升级以提升工作效率和视觉品质
• 确保特效的制作周期以及品质可以满足整体项目的开发进度和需求
Requirement:
• 熟悉各种特效的制作方法,熟练使用3D max或者MAYA的特效动画模块和特效粒子模块,以及其他相关制作软件
• 有良好的美术基础,具备一定的2D手绘能力,对颜色感觉敏锐,想象力和创造能力丰富
• 精通AE等后期合成软件和相关的特效插件,具有较强的动画感觉,能把握画面的整体感和节奏感
• 能够适应及满足不同的美术风格需求
Competencies:
• 具备良好的沟通能力能够清晰得表达自己的想法
• 拥有较好的美术功底,个人的审美能力符合主流审美观
• 能够积极主动得接受和学习新技术和知识,拥有自我研究技术的能力
• 具有3年以上游戏特效经验
• 具备合作精神,做事认真,对游戏创作事业有着执着的追求
