Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, QA, or platform operations, with 7+ years in executive leadership roles.
- Proven success modernizing and scaling QA/test engineering practices in high-growth environments.
- Deep expertise in automated testing, performance/load testing, release engineering, and continuous delivery.
- Track record of building measurable QA strategies and driving impactful KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Hands-on experience with modern toolchains (e.g., K6, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Gatling, JMeter, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, etc.).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
