ジョブ・サマリー:
Disney Storeのビジネスをドライブさせる根幹は商品であり、その中核を担う商品開発チームは非常に大きな責任を伴います。その中で商品開発チームの責任者であるシニアマネージャーと密に連携しながら、複数カテゴリーの売り上げ責任を持つ商品開発チームのチームマネジメント、商品戦略に基づいた商品開発プロセス全体をリードし、Disney Storeの売り上げに貢献することが期待されています。
職務内容:
Merchandise Strategy & Development
- 日本のディズニーストア(実店舗およびeコマース)における商品戦略立案から商品企画の立案、実行まですべての管理を行い、ディズニーストアの販売機会を最大化するための商品開発の責任を持つ。
- ディズニーストアで販売する商品の企画開発(ゲスト動向や市場のトレンドを的確に捉え、常にゲストの期待を超える商品を提供する)をリードする。
- グローバルおよびAPACマーチャンダイジングチーム/ソーシングチームと協働し、グローバル商品を活用する。
- 新たなビジネスチャンスを最大化するため、LOB/会社横断的なイニシアチブをリードする。
P&L Responsibility
- Long Term Planを推進しながら、担当カテゴリーの売り上げ・利益予算の達成責任を持つ。
- 週次、月次、四半期ごとの財務ビジネスレビューを行う。
Organization Management
- 事業目標達成のために、強い組織、チーム作りを行い、一人一人の育成責任を持つ。
- 明確な戦略や戦術を確立し、チームのモチベーションを高める。
- 全チームメンバーの年間目標の設定や評価を行い、フィードバックやパフォーマンス向上のための提案など、定期的かつ適切なパフォーマンスマネジメントを行う。
必須条件:
- 5年以上のメーカーもしくはSPAでの商品開発経験
- 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験(5名以上)
- キャラクター商品の企画開発経験
- 取引先との折衝経験(納期、価格など)
- (尚可)ビジネスにおいて英語を使用したコミュニケーションの経験
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験、高いコミュニケーションスキル
