âĒ Develop and maintain highly productive partner accounts (e.g. PV installers, energy retailers, and network operators)
âĒ Build and maintain relationships across the organization of partner accounts
âĒ Convey Tesla product roadmap and prepare partners for integration
âĒ Anticipate new business opportunities with accounts and identify suitable product offerings to satisfy customer requirements
âĒ Be responsible for achieving volume sales within assigned channel(s)
âĒ Expand sales channels by identifying new partners and supporting contract negotiation
âĒ Provide product feedback to technical team regarding fit and applicability of product design and offering Maintain an understanding of market dynamics across relevant sectors (e.g. utility, commercial & industrial, residential, etc.) and drivers (e.g. policy/regulatory, techno-economics, etc.
âĒ Identify training needs, develop training material, organize and deliver technical training sessions for the network of installation partners
âĒ Contribute input regarding Tesla's product and sales strategy for the region
âĒ Contribute to techno-economic analysis to assess market opportunities
âĒ Provide high fidelity sales forecasts to business and manufacturing teams
âĒ Provide key market insights to the broader business team
âĒ Provide input on the development of marketing/sales material
âĒ BA/BS or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
âĒ 4 years minimum relevant work experience
âĒ Working knowledge of grid/utility markets, residential service markets, and/or commercial/industrial infrastructure markets, energy storage applications and/or other grid-tied technologies (PV, wind, EE, DR)
âĒ Professional fluency in Thai and English required; proficiency in other regional languages a plus
âĒ Demonstrated performance of sales/business development in a related field
âĒ Experience launching new businesses/products
âĒ Excellent communication and documentation skills
âĒ Ability to multitask in a fast moving environment
âĒ Demonstrated techno-economic/financial modelling skills, both rapid and comprehensive
âĒ Experience digesting and translating technical requirements and policy/regulatory. information for commercial applicability
âĒ Deep passion for changing the way we use energy on the electric grid
