The Analytical Lead, Americas App Leads role involves using business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement to partner with customers and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include leveraging measurement methods to produce business-focused insights, testing through experimentation, sharing learnings across sectors, and implementing best practices. The role requires defining a cross-media measurement standard for accurate performance measurement and collaborating with cross-functional partners. This position requires a deep understanding of online advertising, website analytics, brand analysis, marketing experiments, ROI modeling, and statistical analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
Must have:
  • 5+ years global experience deriving insights from sales and business data
  • Experience with online advertising, website analytics, and brand analysis
  • Marketing experiment, ROI modeling, and statistical analysis experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Partnering with customers to drive business outcomes using data
Good to have:
  • Experience working with retail customers
  • Experience with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a global setting, deriving insights from sales and business data.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in working with retail customers.
  • Experience with online advertising (Search, Display, Video/TV), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques.
  • Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).
  • Experience working with clients, performance analysis, data-driven insights, and influencing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with delivering simple and compelling stories to audiences of all levels.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
