Art Director/Sr.Graphic Package Designer

We’re looking to hire  Sr. Package Designer (Contract)  for an American consumer health and beauty product company.

You’ll join the Global Creative Team to create holistic design experiences for a full brand packaging vision and it's implementation.

• The role is located in Skillman, NJ (Montgomery Township) and is hybrid onsite.
• Contract assignment is 12 months +

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with Creative Team to deliver concepts and execution of packaging design for the client's beauty and skincare brand.
• Spearhead the design strategy, conceptualization, and execution of innovative packaging - from initial concept through to production.
• Encourage strong working relationships across disciplines, participate in collaborative explorations, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Present design solutions to internal stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Design or a related field is required.
• Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.), Gen AI understanding.
• Graphic and Package Design experience is a must.
• Excellent typography skills and comprehension of grid systems.
• 5-7 years of experience in the consumer advertising space experience.

• *To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
