Must have:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

·      Lead the way: Mentor and motivate a talented team of designers, art directors, and visual creatives across digital formats, from social-first content to immersive brand experiences.
·      Build the big picture: Partner with copywriters, strategists and tech leads to deliver holistic, high-impact creative solutions.
·      Set the tone: Elevate design standards and visual storytelling for everything we create, from pitches to production.
·      Drive innovation: Bring fresh perspectives, experiment with formats and introduce the team to new digital trends and tools.
·      Present with power: Confidently pitch creative ideas to clients and internal teams, selling the vision with storytelling flair.
·      Juggle like a pro: Oversee multiple campaigns and deliverables, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.
·      Think strategy-first: Collaborate closely with strategy and media teams to ensure our creative work speaks to both the heart and the objective.

WHAT YOU BRING:

·      8–11 years of experience in design or art direction, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role within a digital agency or creative setup.
·      A strong portfolio that reflects versatility across digital campaigns and social storytelling. An experience with positioning and branding and design, is a plus.
·      Deep command over the design tools and AI-first working knowledge is a must.
·      A digital-native mindset – you understand how platforms shape creative, and how to make ideas work in-feed, in-stream and beyond.
·      Excellent communication and presentation skills. You don’t just design, you also articulate the ‘why’ behind every idea.
·      A balance of creative ambition and practical execution, with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
·      Hunger to keep learning and evolving in the ever-changing digital landscape.
