We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with 2+ years of experience in the online gaming industry to join our team. You will leverage analytical skills to uncover impactful insights from large datasets representing millions of players. Responsibilities include analyzing player behavior to address strategic and operational business questions, planning and implementing daily events and promotions, providing actionable recommendations to shape game features and product roadmaps, collaborating with internal teams to improve monetization and retention, and building automated dashboards and reports. Strong SQL skills and a passion for gaming are essential.

We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team. Using your analytical skills and curiosity, you will collaborate with other teams to uncover impactful insights, playing a vital role in contributing to our overall success.
(2+ years Business Analyst from online gaming industry is a must)
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex data sets representing the behavior of millions of online and mobile game players to address strategic and operational business questions
- Plan, create & implement day-to-day events and promotions strategies based on users' behavior analysis.
- Provide actionable recommendations and conclusions from game data to shape features, game economies and future product roadmaps
- Work closely with internal departments to drive insights that will help produce better insights that will drive towards monetization and retention improvements
- Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics and players' experience.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst from online gaming industry is a must
- Strong knowledge of SQL- must
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
- Self-motivated and independent
- Great Communication skills – someone who can turn complex concepts into actionable recommendations
- BA/B.Sc. in Statistics/Math/Engineering/Economy or another quantitative field
- Experience with data analysis and visualization (Excel/Tableau/Looker/similar)
- Passion for the gaming industry
