You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the development of innovative business strategies - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Create and maintain business architecture models to guide strategic planning Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire Digital Portals - Strong understanding of business process modeling - Experience in developing business architecture frameworks - Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles - Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Guidewire Digital Portals - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
