Job Description

The Business Development Representative will join the sales team. This role involves learning and implementing outbound sales strategies, mastering best practices across sales channels, and utilizing sales intelligence tools. Key responsibilities include prospecting in target accounts, conducting outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with leads, and identifying decision-makers. This role also offers a chance to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.
Must have:
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Passion for outbound selling
  • Enthusiastic, driven personality
  • Go-getter, systematic, and organized
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
Good to have:
  • Fluency in every other foreign language is a benefit

The Business Development Representative will join our sales teamIf you're self-motivated, have experience in lead generation and sales, and are committed to delivering exceptional results, apply now.  
 
In this role, you will:
  • Learn how modern sales teams create outbound sales strategies and implement them
  • Learn best practices for all sales channels (LinkedIn, Email, Call)
  • Learn how to utilize best-in-class sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, 6sense, Salesloft, SalesForce)
  • Prospect in a set list of in-market accounts
  • Run outbound sales reachout through phone, email, and LinkedIn to book meetings with the leads from the target accounts
  • Utilize different technologies to find the right decision-makers from the right account
    Your background:
    • Good knowledge of LinkedIn
    • Minimum 1 year experience in a sales role (preferably outbound sales)
    • Passion for outbound selling
    • Enthusiastic, driven, and confident personality
    • Go-getter, systematic, and organized
    • Fluency in English is a must, fluency in every other foreign language is a benefit
    • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
