Job Description

This role involves developing and executing multi-year ESG strategies, focusing on areas like Net Zero, decarbonization, and transitioning to a low-carbon economy. You'll be responsible for assisting clients in developing analytical solutions for detecting, monitoring, and predicting ESG risks, including climate and social risks. The role will involve implementing international guidances like TCFD, SBT, SROI, and ISO standards. You'll also assist clients in developing strategies to improve international and domestic ESG ratings, such as DJSI, CDP, and Ecovadis. Additional duties include reviewing sustainability reports, providing CSR-related consultations, performing assurance services on selected CSR matters, prioritizing and completing tasks, managing stakeholder communications, and delivering strategic risk plans. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and relevance of your work and the work of others.

Must have:

At least 5 years experience in EH&S
Strong sense of responsibility
Detail-minded and independent work
Strong research, analytical and report writing skills
Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem-solving capabilities
Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude
Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills

Good to have:

License of ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISO 45001

Job Description & Summary

Job Description Summary
1) Develop and execute multi-year ESG strategy, including and not limited to Net Zero strategy, decarbonization and transition to a low carbon economy.
2) Assist clients in developing analytics and solutions that help them detect, monitor, and predict ESG risks, including climate and social risks.
3) Develop and execute various sustainability related consultation, including and not limited to implementing international guidances (i.e. TCFD, SBT, SROI, ISO etc.).
4) Assist client in developing strategy for international and domestic ESG rating improvements (i.e. DJSI, CDP, Ecovadis etc.).
5) Review sustainability report and provide CSR-related consultation.
6) Perform assurance service on selected CSR subject matters.
7) Demonstrate flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, including multiple stakeholder communications, overall delivery strategy, and risk planning and management.
8) Review your work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance.

Additional Job Description

- At least 5 years experiences in EH&S related field

-Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, and able to work independently.
-Strong research, analytical and report writing skills.
-Excellent critical thinking, intellectual curiosity and problem solving capabilities.
-Team player, self-motivated and proactive attitude.
-Excellent Chinese and English communication and writing skills is preferred.
-Foundational knowledge in sustainability and application of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), SASB, TCFD, GHG quantification
License of ISO 14001, ISO 14064, ISO 50001, ISO 45001 is a plus
