Penumbra Europe GmbH is seeking a Clinical Sales Trainer for Peripheral Vascular. This role involves leading onboarding for new sales hires, supporting the development of existing teams, and partnering with Sales Managers to align training with market needs. The trainer will deliver structured training programs, provide in-field clinical support, and coach teams on strategic selling. They will also ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a background in Peripheral Vascular or related fields, a deep understanding of sales challenges, strong communication and coaching abilities, and be fluent in English. This position requires up to 80% travel within Europe.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and integration for new hires in sales and clinical roles
  • Support the ongoing development of existing teams, identifying coaching opportunities and areas for skill enhancement
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers to align training efforts with local market needs, business strategy, and commercial objectives
  • Deliver engaging, structured training programs — from masterclasses and field coaching to virtual sessions
  • Provide in-field clinical support during procedures, reinforcing correct product use and positioning
  • Coach teams on strategic selling, including product positioning, pricing, and winning new accounts
  • Ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory guidelines in all training activities

What We’re Looking For

  • A solid background in Peripheral Vascular (PV) or related areas like neurovascular or cardiology, coupled with clinical experience (nursing, biomedical, radiography) and exposure to sales strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the challenges in sales and the needs of healthcare professionals, with a proven ability to work closely with sales teams to improve performance and build confidence.
  • A natural ability to engage others, build trust, and inspire people to listen and collaborate.
  • A genuine passion for helping others develop, with strong communication and coaching abilities. Training experience is a bonus but not essential.
  • A confident and approachable person who earns respect from colleagues and fosters teamwork across all levels.
  • Fluency in English, additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to Travel up to 80% travel within Europe.
