Job Description

This full-time Computer Assembly Technician position in Duluth, GA involves assembling laptops, servers, and PCs. Responsibilities include reading and understanding assembly instructions, using power and hand tools, performing quality checks, adhering to safety regulations, meeting performance goals, and handling other duties as assigned. The position requires technical and mechanical skills, previous manufacturing assembly experience is preferred, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm with overtime as needed. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and the ability to sit/stand for extended periods.

Job Description

Work Hours Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm w/overtime as volume dictates

$15.00/hour to start

Responsibilities:

Read and understand assembly instructions.
Use correct power tools and hand tools for assembly.
Check parts for quality and accuracy to order
Build laptops, servers, and PCs
Follow health and safety rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned.
Meet individual and team performance goals.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Technical and mechanical skills.
Previous manufacturing assembly experience preferred.
Safety management.
Focus on quality control.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
Must be able to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
Must be able to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
High school Diploma or GED.
