We are the proud creators of Asphalt, Dungeon Hunter, Modern Combat, and over 200 other great games. There is a game for everyone, and we are now expanding to cross-platform games on PC and consoles, with titles such as Disney Speedstorm and Disney Dreamlight Valley, to provide our players with even more amazing adventures. If you are an experienced Creative Director with a strategic mindset and a creative vision, eager to shape the future of a new cross-platform title, this is your chance!

You will have the opportunity to work with our top talents and lead the project's game design team.

Your main challenges will include:

• Create, establish, and sustain the game's vision from the initial pitching phase through the entire project
• Share this vision clearly with the entire production team and inspire them
• Create and present high-level documents
• Lead a large cross-functional team to refine the process of collaboration that leads to great work
• Work with lead designers/artists to achieve their goals & execute their leadership responsibilities
• Combine your strong knowledge and innovation of industry standards to enable your team to do the same
• Analyze metrics and suggest game adjustments accordingly
• Maintain a high level of communication and monitoring with various departments
• Plan, prioritize, and set inspiring objectives for the team members, giving them clear expectations and holding them accountable for their key results

• Experience as a Creative Director or an ambitious Lead Game Designer with a background in AA/AAA
• Shipped at least one AA/AAA title
• Proven experience building and leading teams through full production cycles
• Proven experience pitching and working with clients to develop the vision, then collaborating with the leadership team, game designers, game programmers and artists to bring that vision to fruition
• Past experience with Unreal
