Job Description

The Creative Marketing Lead at SWEEPS is responsible for developing and overseeing creative assets for web-based casino games across marketing channels. This role requires leveraging data insights and trends to create high-impact marketing materials. The successful candidate will lead a creative team, providing art direction and feedback, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with various departments (UA, Data, stakeholders). Implementation of AI tools for content optimization and workflow innovation is also a key responsibility. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in a marketing/performance creative role, a strong understanding of branding and visual communication, excellent design skills, proven team leadership abilities, and bilingual communication skills (Hebrew and English).

Description

The Creative Marketing Lead's key responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee creative assets for web-based casino games across marketing channels, using data insights and trends.
  • Lead a creative team, providing art direction and feedback for high-quality output.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with UA managers, Data teams, and stakeholders to align objectives across departments.
  • Implement AI tools to optimize content production and innovate creative workflows.
