Crossfire 2 Animation Team Lead

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Animation Team Lead for their Crossfire 2 project. This role involves leading a team in creating character and weapon animations for this globally popular online first-person shooter, from prototype to live service. Responsibilities include producing in-game sequence animations, optimizing animation assets for performance, and collaborating with other developers and designers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in 3D game animation, proficient skills in animation tools (particularly within Unreal Engine 4/5), a strong artistic sense, and excellent communication skills. The position is based in Seongnam, South Korea.
