The Customer Onboarding Strategist will manage and develop trusted relationships with clients, helping them achieve business goals. Responsibilities include crafting tailored pitches to meet client performance goals, finding creative ways to improve client relationships, and producing data-driven strategic recommendations. The role requires fluency in English and Arabic, experience in advertising and consultative sales, and the ability to execute business strategies and communicate effectively with clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting business-to-business sales goals. This position involves working with Google Ads, contributing to team performance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver against quarterly business goals.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience in advertising/sales
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Experience pitching advertising solutions
  • Meeting B2B sales goals
  • Data analysis and strategic recommendations
Good to have:
  • Experience managing and customizing for customer base
  • Experience with Google Ads (execution and consultative levels)
  • New business sales and business analysis experience
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience in a media advertising environment.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Experience meeting Business-to-Business sales goals.
  • Experience in pitching comprehensive advertising solutions to customers.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing and customizing for a customer base.
  • Experience working with Google Ads, including execution level and consultative level.
  • Experience in new business sales and business analysis with ability to take initiative and lead, motivate, and work well with others.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop business recommendations, action plans, as well as ideas on improving internal processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop trusted relationships with clients and help them achieve business goals.
  • Create and craft pitches to customers tailored to clients’ performance goals, and work towards mutual business objectives.
  • Find and implement creative ways to improve our client relationships, share performance-enhanced suggestions, and promote Google products.
  • Produce interpretable insights from data analysis, and deliver data-driven strategic and tactical recommendations to customers.
  • Execute business strategies for specific markets and customers in collaboration with internal teams and communicate with customers proactively via phone and email. Contribute to the the team performance consistently delivering against quarterly business goals.
