As a Customer Order Management Representative, you will collaborate with various departments to manage customer orders from quotation to entitlement, ensuring a positive customer experience. This includes creating quotations, reviewing purchase orders for accuracy, resolving order-related issues with sales representatives and customers, booking orders, validating license configurations, generating license files, and communicating order status. This role requires fluency in English and Dutch. The responsibilities include ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of orders within an ERP system, with a focus on customer satisfaction. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
