Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your general job duties will include operating all equipment, stocking and rotating ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing paperwork. You will also be responsible for cleaning equipment and the facility. Strong customer service skills are essential, requiring the ability to comprehend and communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co-workers over the phone and in person. The role involves general physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing ladders/stairs, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and grasping with hands to use machines, tools, equipment, and work aids. You will also tolerate exposure to varying temperatures and conditions both inside and outside. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, interactive computer programs, and hands-on practice.
