The Cyber Security Lead will own and lead the governance program for a large Financial services account with 700+ headcount and multi-country locations, including high-security Offshore Delivery Centers and work-from-home teams. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring the account-level information security governance program, performing contract reviews and cyber security risk assessments, and driving compliance programs. The role involves working closely with various internal teams to translate client requirements and assess residual risk. The lead will also develop account-level procedures, metrics, and review programs to maintain and enhance the governance model, act as a single point of contact for client interactions during third-party audits, and prepare the account for certification and internal audit requirements based on industry standards. The ideal candidate will be objective-driven and possess excellent communication skills to conduct CXO-level reviews.
