Job Description
Fugo is looking for a Data Engineer to develop and design their data collection pipeline, monitor and maintain batch applications, monitor performance and advise on necessary infrastructure changes, build and deploy data warehouses on GCP using BigQuery, and build and maintain orchestration tools like Apache Airflow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, hands-on experience in SQL and Python, a strong understanding of ETL/ELT data pipelines and data modeling, experience with data ingestion from various sources (DBs, APIs, streaming data), and knowledge of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure). Experience with continuous development and integration tools like Gitlab is also required.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree
- SQL & Python experience

- Data ingestion from various sources
- GCP, AWS, or Azure knowledge
- Gitlab experience

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Python
