Roles and Responsibilities
*Managing recruitment processes (job posting, candidate screening, interview processes, and reference checks)
*Developing and implementing orientation and onboarding programs
*Organizing training and development programs; creating individual development plans for employees
*Creating projects to increase employee motivation
*Conducting employee satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and reporting findings
*Strengthening internal communication processes and organizing activities that support corporate culture
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field
*4-5 years of experience in Human Resources
*Knowledgeable in recruitment, training, performance management, and employee engagement
*Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Excel)
*Strong communication, interview, and organizational skills
*Team player with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset
*Preferably fluent in English
