Deal Pursuit Team Manager, Google Cloud

This role involves managing quote-to-cash agreement execution across Google Cloud Security, including pricing, quoting, and negotiations. You'll partner with legal and sales teams, structure agreements, handle non-standard term approvals globally, and assist with sales onboarding and enablement. Responsibilities include designing process improvements, delivering requirements, and ensuring agreement functionality. The role requires managing a global team responsible for finalizing agreements with appropriate information to book business, ensuring approvals for non-standard agreements are properly documented and resolved timely. You will also partner with cross-functional teams (Finance and Legal) to ensure compliance for all global agreements and policies. The position demands strong collaboration across different functions to understand agreement requirements, structures, and business terms, identifying potential risks or opportunities affecting performance, growth, and positioning.
