Key Responsibilities
Assist with developing digital marketing strategies for business units / products
Plan, develop and execute paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create and manage ad copy and targeting for digital campaigns across multiple platforms
Have an excellent control on the following tasks- Keyword Bidding, Ad copywriting, remarketing, content ads, Match type strategies, Landing page testing
Actively measure and execute A/B split testing for ad copy, landing pages, etc., to ensure optimal campaign performance
Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
Working to ensure that the technical set up of Google Analytics for web and app is correct, resulting in accuracy and robustness in our reporting
Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up to date
Key Requirements
Graduate
2 years of experience in Digital marketing agency
2 years of work experience in developing and executing SEO and digital campaigns
Experience with SEO industry programs, with Google Analytics certifications
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Good understanding of consumer attitudes, online behavior and interactive technologies
Results oriented and good project management - ability to drive projects/partners towards deadlines
Team player and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders effectively
