Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Optimization (SMO) Specialist to join our dynamic team in Delhi.

The ideal candidate will have over 2+ years of experience in SMO and a passion for social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement SMO strategies to enhance Mobiloitte’s online presence and brand awareness.
Create, curate, and manage content across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Monitor and analyze social media trends, metrics, and insights to improve engagement and performance.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
Engage with the online community, respond to comments, and foster positive relationships with followers.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.
Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Optimization (SMO).
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants, and how each
platform can be deployed in different scenarios. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
