The Director of Product Integration is responsible for bridging the gap between Life.Church Online’s technology capabilities and  objectives through integration management and technical support. By working closely with product managers and providing on-site technical support, this role will ensure that the technology and products are fully leveraged to meet LCO’s strategic goals. 
 
This role is central to leveraging technology within Life.Church, ensuring both operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The emphasis on documentation also underscores the role's importance in knowledge management and organizational resilience. This role will act as a catalyst for innovation and efficiency within the team, ensuring that our Church Online Platform and other technologies are aligned with Life.Church’s mission and effectively supporting Life.Church’s vision. This role is responsible for collaborating with their Team Leader to cast vision, provide direction, and lead ministry efforts within their area of influence to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.

What You'll Do

    • Collaborate with product managers to deeply understand the features, capabilities, and potential of the Church Online Platform and other tools
    • Identify and implement integrations and features that align with organizational & team objectives
    • Provide on-site technical support for the Life.Church Online team, ensuring smooth operation of services, especially during high-volume events. Provide on-call support on weekends.
    • Surface problems and opportunities for the Church Online Platform by collecting and analyzing user feedback and performance data in collaboration with our Digital Product team
    • Work closely with the product team to prioritize and develop solutions or enhancements
    • Facilitate the adoption of new features and improvements by providing feedback from a technical and user perspective
    • Act as the primary on-site technical support contact for the Life.Church Online team, addressing needs and issues as they arise
    • Maintain a responsive support system to resolve technical challenges quickly
    • Train and educate team members on troubleshooting basic issues, aiming to empower them and reduce dependency on technical support
    • Create comprehensive documentation for all strategies, integrations, operational procedures, and technical setups
    • Ensure documentation is accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly, facilitating educational efforts and team onboarding
    • Develop a structured repository that allows for easy information retrieval and is designed for long-term growth and transitions

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Proficiency in current and relevant design, testing, and prototyping tools
    • Ability to comprehend technical concepts and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of products
    • Ability to gather and analyze data to make informed decisions about product integration strategies and priorities.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and foster partnerships
    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and find innovative solutions.
    • Proficiency in industry-standard product management and technology integration (IFTT) tools
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change
    • Strong leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others
    • High school diploma or GED
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3-5 years of related experience and/or product knowledge
