We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Design with a proven track record in leading and scaling high-performing design teams within fast-paced, innovative environments. In this role, you will drive the strategic direction of our design efforts, oversee the development of next-generation software solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of our design system with advanced AI capabilities.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product Design, you will collaborate closely with senior product, engineering, and business leaders to align design initiatives with organizational goals, foster a culture of design excellence, and elevate the overall impact of our design function across the company.

- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key strategic partner to senior product and engineering leaders, providing insights that shape product strategy and design outcomes.
- Communicate with Executive Leadership: Clearly articulate design challenges, opportunities, and solutions to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and support for design initiatives.
- Manage Design Resources: Oversee the allocation of design resources, managing capacity, velocity, and addressing roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design work.
- Inspire Innovation: Leverage your extensive design management experience to inspire and challenge the design team, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
- Champion a Unified Design Vision: Align cross-functional teams around a cohesive design vision, ensuring seamless integration of design, product, and development efforts.
