Job Description

This role supports the Solutions team in defining, developing, and packaging solutions. Responsibilities include program management, analyzing network capabilities, conducting competitive and industry analysis, and gathering data. The role involves working closely with Solutions Managers, conducting research on industry trends and competitors, and compiling SWOT analyses. It also includes managing logistics for Solutions Councils, maintaining solutions collateral, aiding in thought leadership, and supporting the development of case studies and solutioning workshops.

The purpose of this role is to support the Solutions team with the process of defining, developing and packaging solutions. This includes supporting programme management, analysing and documenting current network capabilities, competitive and industry analysis and gathering data to further the work of the solutions team.

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

Works closely with, and supports, Solutions Manager/Director/Solution Officer. Reports into Solutions Manager (or Officer/Director, where appropriate)Aids in conducting research on business, industry and marketplace trends using third-party research and business intelligence resources. Assists senior solutions team members in synthesising market intelligence and trend data into “white space” solutions opportunities

Aids in conducting research on industry competitors and compiles SWOT analysis of competitive capabilities and solution offerings. Tracks, monitors and updates competitive analysis on an on-going basis

Assists Solutions Manager in programme management of “Solutions Councils” including managing logistics/schedules, council communications, project management of council deliverables etc

Manages and keeps up-to-date a library of solutions collateral materials, including solution pitch decks, one pagers, case studies and business cases

Aids in the development of thought-leadership through sourcing content, conducting research and performing data collection and analysis

Aids in sourcing/development of case studies and business cases to support solutions development initiatives and strengthen solutions “sales narratives

Supports Solutions Manager/Director/Officer in development and execution of solutioning workshops (logistics, agenda development, content capture, reporting etc.)
