The client, a multinational organization operating in over 90 countries, is seeking an ERP Technical Application Specialist to join their regional IT support team. This is a critical role supporting the company's global InforLN ERP systems, requiring the specialist to provide both technical and functional support within a global IT team. Responsibilities include evaluating business workflows for ERP optimization, developing and customizing ERP solutions, conducting user training, resolving technical issues, maintaining the ERP system, planning system updates, documenting setups, staying updated on ERP trends, and suggesting system improvements. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with experience in EDI, FTP, batch file scripting, and IT service management tools.
Must have:
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written)
  • Hands-on experience with InforLN ERP
  • Experience as an ERP Technical Consultant
  • Solid understanding of major ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor LN)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in writing technical design and documentation
  • Hands-on experience with EDI, FTP, and batch file scripting
  • Familiar with IT service management tools (TopDesk, ServiceNow, JIRA)
  • Comfortable with SharePoint installation, configuration, and support
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good to have:
  • Infor LN system administration knowledge
  • Exposure to other ERP systems or enterprise IT tools
  • ITIL or other relevant certifications
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades

Our client, a leading multinational organization with a global footprint in over 90 countries is currently seeking a ERP Technical Application Specialist to join their regional IT support team.

This is a critical position focused on supporting the company’s global InforLN ERP systems. You will be the go-to person for both technical and functional support, working alongside a global team of IT professionals.


Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
  • Fluent Mandarin (spoken & written) — essential for cross-border support and communication.
  • Hands-on experience with InforLN ERP — must have used it in a support or technical capacity.


What you will do:
  • Review and evaluate current business workflows to spot where an ERP system can boost efficiency.
  • Develop and tailor ERP solutions to fit the specific needs of the business, from design to setup and rollout.
  • Lead training sessions to help employees learn how to use the ERP system confidently and effectively.
  • Offer ongoing support to users by resolving technical issues and answering questions.
  • Regularly check and maintain the ERP system to keep it running smoothly.
  • Work closely with users and IT teams to plan and carry out system updates and upgrades.
  • Keep clear and organized documentation of the ERP setup process for future use.
  • Keep informed on new ERP tools, updates, and industry trends.
  • Suggest improvements or upgrades to the system based on evolving business goals and new technologies.


What you will need:
  • Experience working as an ERP Technical Consultant or in a similar role — experience with Infor LN is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor LN.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in writing technical design and documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI, FTP, and batch file scripting or programming.
  • Familiar with IT service management tools like TopDesk, ServiceNow, or JIRA.
  • Comfortable with installing, configuring, and upgrading SharePoint, managing user accounts and permissions, and providing tech support when needed.
  • Knowledge of Infor LN system administration is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work well on your own or in a team environment.


Nice-to-haves:
  • Exposure to other ERP systems or enterprise IT tools.
  • ITIL or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or upgrades.
