Job Description

This role focuses on new business acquisition and sales growth by identifying and pursuing B2B sales opportunities. Responsibilities include lead generation, qualification, and conversion to drive revenue. The Executive will engage potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations, offering value-added logistics solutions. They will also manage customer relationships and retention by acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to address concerns and deliver seamless solutions. The position requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated attitude, and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics sector.
Must have:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to identify market trends and sales opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
Good to have:
  • Experience in domestic express parcels transportation
  • Logistics sales experience

Job Description:

    • New Business Acquisition & Sales Growth
    • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities through active prospecting and outreach.
    • Manage lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts to drive revenue growth.
    • Engage potential clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to pitch value-added logistics solutions.
    • Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, and networking events to build strong relationships.
    • Evaluate customer needs, develop tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure new business.
    • Maintain a structured and rigorous follow-up process to engage key decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline lead management and conversion efforts.

    • Customer Relationship Management & Retention
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client concerns and deliver seamless solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Job Requirement:

    • Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
    • Ability to identify market trends, competitor activities, and sales opportunities.
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
    • 2  years of experience in sales, preferably in the domestic express parcels transportation or service industry. 
    • A progressive and proven track record sales success.
    • Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills.
    • Experience of logistics sales preferred
    • Bachelor's degree is a must
    • Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
