You Will...
- Manage the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) daily calendar, travel arrangements, expenses, meetings, and event logistics.
- Prepare the CRO for upcoming meetings by conducting research, preparing reports, and gathering necessary materials.
- Provide organizational support by tracking action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring follow-through.
- Take detailed meeting minutes, coordinate follow-up actions, and maintain records of key interactions with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Arrange corporate and special events, including leadership offsites, all-hands meetings, and industry engagements.
- Act as the point of contact between the CRO and employees, clients, and partners, ensuring effective communication and seamless information flow.
- Assist in coordinating special projects that support revenue strategy and sales operations.
- Help track progress on key revenue initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution.
- Support the CRO in preparing internal and external presentations, executive reports, and board materials.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by ensuring key priorities and objectives are communicated effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements that enhance team efficiency and organization.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations to help ensure smooth execution of CRO-led initiatives.
You Have...
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives. Prior experience assisting a CEO, CRO, CFO, or revenue-focused executive is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, effectively handling multiple high-priority tasks.
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate and solve problems independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, remaining adaptable and composed under stress.
- Detail-oriented with strong strategic thinking skills, ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
- Tech-savvy with expertise in G Suite (Google Cloud), project management tools, and CRM platforms.
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative, drives change, and seeks efficiency improvements.
- High level of discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Intensely driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial-minded, always striving to improve processes and outcomes.
- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring inbox zero and clear communication channels by the end of each day
