Job Description
The Facility Technician maintains and cleans a brand new office facility in Hollywood, working with the Facility Producer and Operations team. Responsibilities include cleaning kitchenettes, review rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing; stocking supplies; carrying out heavy cleaning tasks; and managing inventory. The role may involve assisting with room turnovers for new tenants and event preparation. The ideal candidate has experience in facility operations in an office or hotel setting and can work independently while maintaining discretion in a confidential office environment.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Facilities Technician works with the Facility Producer and Operations team to maintain and clean offices, common areas, kitchens and bathrooms within brand new office facility in Hollywood. May help with turnover of rooms for new tenants and with preparation for special events.
MAIN DUTIES:
The Facilities Technician is responsible for the continuous maintenance and cleaning of 9 kitchenettes, 2 Review Rooms, Bathrooms and Common Areas on Editorial Floors. They will be responsible for the following:

The ideal candidate will have related experience in Facility Operations in Office or Hotel environment. They must be able to use discretion working in an office environment with confidential projects and client presence, and have the ability to work with minimal supervision and following scheduled cleaning of facility.
