The Field Service Engineer will repair, maintain, and install equipment in LBO, Gaming, and Public house establishments. This role requires a strong understanding of company products and efficient incident resolution, along with knowledge of Field Services operational processes. Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Responsibilities include ensuring adherence to SLAs, carrying out installations and repairs, managing parts, completing documentation, and participating in business reviews. The position demands excellent customer service, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility with working hours, including shift work and occasional overnight travel. Good general education and a current driving license are required.
