👩‍💻 The role

Steer the ship for Headout's global expansion, leading from our India headquarters. As the General Manager, Global Expansion, you will hold the compass, navigating the vast terrain of strategy, partnerships, sales, and more. Be the face of our business in various regions, managing a team of 10-12 and elevating our business to unprecedented heights over the next 24 months. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented leader with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments. The stakes are high, and the buck stops with you. • You’re a Strategist. Every action, strategy, and decision you make will significantly impact Headout's global expansion. You'll be in the driver's seat, steering the P&L, driving the big-picture strategy as well as the finer operational details, including launching new cities and onboarding key supply partners and forming distribution partnerships.
• You’re a Leader. With over 5 years of leadership experience, you’ve mastered the art of motivation and building trust. You thrive in fast-paced environments, embracing rapid change and ambiguity with agility and determination. No challenge is too daunting, and no task is beneath you.
• You’re a Growth Catalyst. You challenge norms, seeking fresh, innovative solutions. Whether it's a bird's eye view or a granular look, you navigate both realms with ease.
