Your Mission
We seek an analytical and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to strategically execute COD Mobile marketing initiatives for the Spanish Speaking LATAM region. This role is ideal for someone adept at data driven decision making, experimentation, stakeholder collaboration, and structured project management. You'll identify market opportunities, implement continuous improvements, and drive impactful marketing tailored specifically to our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Spanish Speaking LATAM.
Collaborate with analytics teams to leverage data insights for player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
Develop and execute paid media strategies, including audience segmentation, bidding, content planning, and platform selection to effectively reach key brand audiences.
Lead experimentation and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and strategic decisions.
Build relationships and effectively negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders to secure alignment and support.
Develop clear project plans, timelines, and processes to facilitate collaboration and accountability.
Create and implement integrated 360 marketing campaigns tailored to regional channels (social media, paid media, PR, influencers, esports, and mass media).
Conduct post-campaign evaluations and competitive benchmarking to inform future marketing strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management, particularly in mobile or digital environments.
Demonstrated ability to leverage historical and predictive data for strategic marketing decisions.
Extensive experience in experimentation, including A/B testing and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, adept at influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
Excellent project management skills, highly structured and capable of multitasking effectively.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and KPIs (e.g., CPM, CPI, CPA, CTR, CTV).
Skilled in Google Analytics, Tableau, and Appsflyer.
Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels (social, paid media, PR, influencer marketing).
Experience managing live-service or digital products with a solid grasp of user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
Clear and persuasive communication skills.
Proactive, self-starting attitude, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
Direct experience in mobile game marketing.
Understanding of LATAM gaming market dynamics.
Experience collaborating with global teams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
