  • Prioritize and manage identified internal and external workstreams to ensure that all priorities are tracking relative to game development roadmaps.
  • Field and triage inbound priorities that need discussion, driving the team’s focus, and tracking follow-ups to ensure conversations are surfacing the most critical agenda items.
  • Help manage the day-to-day operations of the external development team,, minimizing operational overload and driving process improvements quickly and efficiently. Analyze opportunities, summarize findings, develop go-forward plans, and complete the plan where needed to translate recommendations into results

  • Deep experience with the product, publishing, corporate and/or central organization side of the games industry. A strong working knowledge of the games business including development, publishing, markets, platforms and business models. While you need not have been on a game team or have ever made a game, you have a strong background in working through the challenges of a game company.
  • Experience working with senior executives in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will approach the job with a great sense of urgency, enjoy taking the initiative, thrive at juggling multiple priorities, and seamlessly shift gears as needed.
  • Ability to operate under ambiguity and make decisions that reflect the team and company’s best interest.
  • Project management skills with the ability to set goals and prioritize programs.
  • Analytical, observant, and strategic, applying the right balance between data and qualitative information to decision-making and change management.
