HR & Marketing Intern

Position Summary

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun.

About the Role

This Internship with a focus on University & Conference Recruitment efforts and will identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with universities and industry conferences to elevate SciPlay's reputation and candidate pipeline. This role is perfect for a proactive and outgoing person who is passionate about fostering relationships and connecting people and business!

Focuses:

1. University Partnerships: 

• Identify universities with programs in game development, computer science, information systems, art, and related fields for potential collaboration. 

• Build relationships with faculty, career centers, and student organizations to promote job opportunities at Sciplay. 

• Coordinate guest lectures, workshops, and campus recruitment events. 

2. Conference Outreach: 

• Research and identify gaming industry conferences, expos, and events where SciPlay can present or participate. 
• Manage logistics for company presence at conferences
• Leverage data to evaluate the impact and ROI of events

4. Working Together

• Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, HR, and product development, to align outreach efforts with company goals. 

• Act as a liaison between SciPlay and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment. 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 

• Experience in outreach, event coordination, or partnership management. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships. 

• Self-driven and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Passion for recruiting, creating partnerships, video games, tech, etc all welcome!
