As an Inside Sales Specialist at a leading real estate platform, you'll be instrumental in helping realtors enhance their digital marketing and advertising strategies. This role involves providing engaging presentations, driving subscriptions to a cutting-edge platform, and exceeding monthly sales targets. Comprehensive training is provided, and the position offers a base salary up to $70,000 with substantial commission potential. The position requires a full-time, on-site presence in Virginia.

Join our client, a leading real estate platform, as an Inside Sales Specialist and be a key player in helping realtors elevate their digital marketing and advertising strategies. In this role, you’ll provide invaluable support through engaging presentations and drive subscriptions to our client’s cutting-edge platform. With comprehensive training provided, you'll be well-equipped to represent the brand confidently.

Compensation and Location:

  • Base Salary: Up to $70,000
  • Earnings potential is unlimited, with top performers earning over $20,000 per month in commissions
  • Note: This role is based in Virginia and requires full-time onsite presence (Monday to Friday), relocation assistance available


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with clients to drive advertising revenue through a subscription model
  • Business Development: Leverage outbound calls to create new business opportunities and close deals effectively
  • Virtual Presentations: Present the value of our client’s platform through compelling virtual demonstrations
  • Goal Achievement: Consistently exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with colleagues to enhance collective revenue goals
  • Client-Centric Approach: Provide exceptional customer support, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and ensure successful implementation


Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Stability in employment, with no more than 3 jobs in 5 years or 2 jobs in 3 years
  • Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment
  • Strong ability to manage and develop customer relationships
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
This role is based in Virginia and requires full-time onsite presence (Monday through Friday)
