The International Growth Consultant will be a trusted advisor to Google's large customers, helping them achieve international growth ambitions. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, developing and executing projects, and providing digital consulting services. The consultant will need to understand customer objectives, market landscapes, and Google's advertising products (Google Ads, Display Network, YouTube). Responsibilities include developing insight-driven narratives, working across mobile, digital, and offline mediums, and contributing to Google's international growth resources. The ideal candidate will have experience in advertising, consulting, or media, strong communication and data analysis skills, and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Vietnamese. This role is based in Singapore and focuses on expanding Google Ads in APAC markets and emerging markets like LATAM and MENA.
Must have:
- 4+ years experience in advertising/consulting

- Cross-border business experience

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising business, consulting, media, or with advertising agencies.
- Experience in a problem solving role, leveraging data to generate market insights or business proposals.
- Experience in a business or client-engagement role.
- Ability to communicate in English, and Portuguese or Vietnamese fluently to interact with local clients and stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in developing grounded, insight-motivated narratives and applying them in mobile, digital, and offline mediums into business growth opportunities.
- Experience in cross-border or exporting business with knowledge of digital advertising.
- Experience working in markets like LATAM, Middle East and North Africa (MENA) or Vietnam.
- Ability to take initiative and work in ambiguity, with an entrepreneurial and goal oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, investigative, project management, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to tell stories with data.

The International Growth Team (IGT) helps customers and Google realize the full potential of international growth across Google Ads. The team is composed of experienced Strategy Consultants, Consultative Promoters, and Operations Experts.

- Identify international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth for an assigned portfolio.
- Understand customer's objectives, and be a digital consultant to businesses in APAC looking for international opportunities in emerging markets such as Latin America (LATAM), or Middle-East North-Africa.
- Understand the market landscape, develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting client's understanding of global markets.
- Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in your network by sharing knowledge about your assigned market.
- Build knowledge related to advertising on Google, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
