We're currently working on a new project — Pixel Gun 2, a cross-platform PvP arena shooter — and we're looking for a Lead Game Designer to help us turn it into the next big hit.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading a team of game designers: task planning, deadlines, reviews, and mentoring.

  • Translating the game vision into concrete design goals and execution.

  • Designing and refining core and meta systems: progression, economy, Battle Pass, events, monetization.

  • Owning features through the entire lifecycle: from concept and GDD to release and post-launch analysis.

  • Working with analysts to form hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborating with producers, engineers, and artists to integrate features into production.

  • Contributing to roadmap planning, design pipelines, and production workflows.

  • Solid documentation skills (GDDs, specs, technical briefs).

  • Analytical thinking and confidence making decisions backed by data.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with PvP shooters or other multiplayer projects.

  • Background in balancing game economies and progression systems.

Familiarity with game engines and rapid prototyping.

What we offer:

  • Official employment according to the Labor Code of Armenia or Cyprus, or a remote work contract.
  • Flexibility in choosing the workplace: remote work or visiting offices in Armenia or Cyprus as desired.
  • Relocation package and assistance with obtaining residence permits in Armenia, including for family members.
  • 21 working days of vacation, 3 additional days off per year, and sick leave compensation up to 100%.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance from the first working day in Armenia or Cyprus.
  • Professional Development Support:  course, conferences, and opportunities to participate in department workshops and masterclasses.
  • Corporate online and offline events and presents for various holidays.
