About your role

We invite an experienced Lead PHP Developer to join our flagship project — the browser-based RPG battler Hero Wars Dominion Era. You will lead the development team and be responsible for its efficiency.

What you’ll be doing 

• Ensuring features meet business requirements
• Developing the team
• Improving development processes and team interactions
• Accelerating time-to-market
• Implementing cutting-edge technologies and architectures
• Enhancing system performance and scalability

We hope that you have 

• 5+ years of commercial experience with PHP7+
• 2+ years of experience managing a technical team
• Experience with MySQL + InnoDB
• Understanding of OOP and design patterns
• English proficiency (reading technical documentation)
• Experience optimizing database queries
• Experience working with high-load systems
