As a Learning Specialist in Individual Markets, you will work to provide superior technical writing and editing process information to enable our Individual Markets business partners to successfully serve customers with quality and efficiency. In this role, you will successfully manage the processing of information which includes timeliness and accuracy of the information. The focus is on procedures that guide how the business performs their work.
You will play a key role in the planning, design, development, implementation, and continuous maintenance of Individual Markets training programs. You will be actively involved with the business management team conducting ongoing training needs analysis and develop training solutions utilizing various delivery methods and assessing the effectiveness of the solutions. You will research and recognize emerging patterns, summarize results, and provide recommendations for actions to address gaps in colleagues’ knowledge and/or skills. Salary Range:
$67,450.00 - $110,815.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
