Description

We are looking for a talented and motivated Mid-Level Level Designer to join our creative team in the gaming industry. In this role, you will build upon the foundations, focusing on creating engaging, immersive, and balanced gameplay experiences. You will take a proactive approach to design, ensuring that players remain immersed in the game world while navigating challenges and objectives.

 

Key Accountabilities

Level Designer will be measured according to the metric below, on a six (6) score rating scale: 

  • On time delivery of project deliverables .
  • Outcome delivered as per project specifications
  • Outcome delivered as per specifications consistently
  • Time spent on an outcome is within project or budgeted mandays.
  • Successful application of new skills on a project​ which resulted in:
    - New opportunities/upsell as a direct result of new capabilities
    - Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget)
    - Improved quality 
  • Improved efficiency of existing skills, when comparing before/after completion time​ which resulted in:
    - Reduced frequency of repeat mistakes​
    - Improved efficiency (time spent is less than budget)
    - Improved quality
