The role requires proficiency in 3D software such as Photoshop, Substance, and Maya, along with a strong aesthetic sense for art elements like light, shade, color, and detail. Experience with Unity 3D is also necessary, as is a passion for creating engaging and interactive game environments.
Must have:
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, Substance, Maya, and/or other 3D software
  • Aesthetic eye for light, shade, color, and detail
  • Working knowledge of Unity 3D
  • Passion for building fun, intuitive, and interactive environments
  • Solid texturing and painting skills
  • Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish (B2 minimum)
  • Ability to create high-quality renderings
  • Approachable, proactive, and accommodating attitude
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git or SVN)
  • Ability to create layouts and 2D graphics for UI
  • Strong technical ability to manage assets within limits
  • Traditional arts background
  • Ability to demonstrate and execute multiple art styles
  • Ability to work creatively in groups
  • Passion for games and new-tech devices
  • Experience with After Effects
  • One or more shipped titles on multiple platforms

Requirements

Working knowledge of Photoshop, Substance, Maya, and/or other 3D software

 

A cultivated aesthetic eye for light, shade, colour, and detail to facilitate.

 

Working knowledge of Unity 3D

 

Passion for building fun, intuitive and interactive environments

 

Solid texturing and painting skills (an understanding of physically based materials is a plus)

 

Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish

at a minimum level B2

 

Ability to create high-quality renderings

 

An approachable, proactive, and accommodating attitude

Nice to have

Knowledge of the version control system (Git or SVN)

 

Ability to create layouts and 2D graphics for the UI

 

Strong technical ability to manage assets to fit memory, design, and frame rate limits

 

A traditional arts background is preferred but not required

 

Ability to demonstrate and execute multiple art styles

 

Ablility to work creatively as part of a large or small group

 

A passion for games and new-tech devices

 

Experience with After Effects is a plus

 

One or more shipped titles on multiple platforms is a plus
