Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Koordinator Logistik (a) 100% für unseren Standort in Schaffhausen.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört u.a.:
- Bearbeiten und Einlagerung der Wareneingänge und Einbuchen im ERP
- Kommissionieren der Teilprodukte gemäss Vorgaben des Produktionsplans
- Packung und Lieferung der fertigen Produkte
- Ein- und Ausladen von LKWs
- Erstellen, buchen, bearbeiten und archivieren von Bestellungen, Verzollungen, Lieferantenaufträgen und Fertigungsaufträgen mittels ERP System
- Korrektes Ausbuchen von Verschrottungsaufträgen
- Durchführung von Inventuren
- Planen und Durchführen von Lageroptimierungsprojekten, 7S-Projekten und Sicherheitsanforderungen
- Koordination der Lageraufgaben und Rücksprache mit dem Produktionsleiter
Als Logistiker tragen Sie durch Ihre zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zur erfolgreichen Abwicklung unserer Produktion und des Lagers bei. Sie haben dabei Erfahrung und ein gutes Verständnis für 7S-, Sicherheits- und Digitalisierungsprozesse und sind bereit entsprechende Projekte zu leiten oder zu unterstützen.
Wir erwarten für diese Position neben einer kooperativen, eigenverantwortlichen und methodischen Arbeitsweise ein ausgeprägtes Engagement und viel Teamgeist. Das Anforderungsprofil ist wie folgt:
- Abgeschlossene Berufslehre Logistiker/in EBA oder EFZ
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Lager
- 7S- oder Lean-Management-Erfahrung
- Gültiger Staplerausweis mit der entsprechenden Erfahrung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil
- Zuverlässige, flexible und verantwortungsbewusste Person
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Führerschein Kat. B
