Job Description

This Marketing Technology Manager role at YouTube will focus on developing the next generation of YouTube's MarTech strategy, supporting critical marketing priorities across Brand and Product Growth. The role involves close collaboration with Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product, UX, Engineering) to execute the MarTech strategy and roadmap. Responsibilities include partnering with MarTech and Marketing to align tech solutions with business goals, designing and implementing the MarTech roadmap, owning cross-functional partnerships, improving MarTech performance and processes, and developing dashboards/reports to track marketing impact. Exposure to all YouTube products and marketing channels is included.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years Marketing Technology experience
Cross-functional global team experience
Marketing automation platform proficiency
CRM, analytics, and data visualization tool expertise
Process improvement and project management skills

Good to have:

Experience with Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Tableau
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Product, or related work at a technology company.
Experience working in cross-functional global teams.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners, including product, engineering and user experience.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
Excellent track record of identifying and implementing scalable process improvements.
Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize initiatives.

About the job

In this role, you will help develop the next generation of YouTube’s MarTech strategy and support all of YouTube’s critical marketing priorities spanning from Brand to Product Growth. You will partner closely with other Marketing and cross-functional teams (Product Management, UX, Engineering) to deliver on that MarTech strategy, roadmap, and execution. Through this role, you will get exposure to every YouTube product and engage in the YouTube Marketing channels.
